Oneida County Economic Development is in the process of evaluating the feasibility of developing a Sustainable Community Business Park. Oneida County has provided $520,000 for the purchase of the land along with $200,000 for phase one which includes the marketability and financial feasibility of the Sustainable Community Business Park.  A selection committee comprised of Mel Davidson, Joe Fahrenbach, Brian Kief, Bill Kowieski, Dan Kuzlik, Bev Long and Thom Umlauf did the initial review of the proposals submitted by 11 firms for Phase 1 of the park.  We have now added Michael Knoche and Tom Knudsen to oversee Phase 1 of the contract. 

After an in-depth review and interview process, Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC was selected as the consultant with a team comprised of Indigo Development principal Ernest Lowe of Santa Rosa, CA, Business Plans, Etc. principal Craig Schowalter of Washburn, WI and Dimension IV principal Dan Roarty, Green Bay WI and Key Railroad Development, principal Al Jauquet of Green Bay, WI.  Stephen Marman, Vice President of Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC is the lead team member, while Fred Schnook is the Project Manager.
