Oneida County Economic Development Corporation is a registered charity. The exempt purposes set forth in Section 501(c)(3) apply to OCEDC through its programs. Oneida County Economic Development Corporation programs are charitable, educational and assist special, distressed or underprivileged populations and lessen the burdens of government to combat community deterioration through economic and community development.
