Congratulations to Ritchie Management Group on the groundbreaking for the Aspen Grove Apartments. This 112-unit complex will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments—each with a one-car detached garage space—and is being built on Hwy 70 West near the Wildwood Wildlife Park Zoo & Safari.

This marks a new beginning for housing opportunities in the greater Lakeland area. Three years ago, the Town of Minocqua formed a Housing & Labor Committee and tasked seven members of the community to report back with their recommendations. Those recommendations were acted upon, and today we broke ground on the first multi-family housing to be built here in over two decades.
