They saw our vision, believed in our work, and helped us move forward. Thanks to them, just one month later, our bakery was able to make the upgrades we needed to better serve our customers. Now we’re able to offer a full coffee bar, more fresh-baked goods, quick dessert options, and an experience that reflects everything we’ve been working so hard to create. These upgrades weren’t just about equipment—they were about leveling up what we can offer our community, and that means everything to us. We’re so grateful for the continued support of our customers and community, and we’re deeply thankful to OCEDC for helping make our next chapter possible.

Bake Me Happy - Jazmine J, Owner
We’d like to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to the Oneida County Economic Development Corporation for playing such a vital role in helping us upgrade Bake Me Happy.
When we opened our doors in April of 2024, it was with no outside help—just grit, determination, and a whole lot of love. We started with what we could afford, using equipment we pieced together and building from the ground up. We didn’t have investors or a big budget, just a dream and the drive to bring something special to Lake Tomahawk and our surrounding communities.
As time went on, it became clear just how much more we wanted to offer—coffee, grab-and-go desserts, an expanded bakery case, and a cozy space that brought people together. But without being in business a full two years, we hit roadblocks when trying to secure traditional financing. That’s when we connected with Tony and Brad at OCEDC.
Bake Me Happy is a fully family-run bakery. We’re not a chain. We’re not a franchise. We’re a small, local business built with heart and sacrifice. Every loaf of bread, every muffin, every espresso shot poured—comes from the hands of a family who truly cares. We're rooted in the belief that food made from scratch, with real ingredients and real intention, simply tastes better.
Behind the scenes, you’ll find us—parents, bakers, dreamers—balancing early mornings and long days, fueled by passion and purpose. This bakery is how we provide for our family, but it’s also how we give back to our community. We’re here to bring joy to your mornings, a sweet treat to your celebrations, and a sense of connection with every visit.
We’re so grateful for the continued support of our customers and community, and we’re deeply thankful to OCEDC for helping make our next chapter possible.
