Dan McGreaham is a senior leader with more than 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, including various leadership roles across operations, customer service, quality, Six Sigma, technical, and engineering functions.
He has served as Mill Manager at the Ahlstrom Rhinelander Mill for the past four and a half years, overseeing safety, environmental performance, operations, and financial results. Dan is passionate about continuously improving all aspects of operations to support the long‑term success of organizations and the communities they serve.
Dan is a graduate of Michigan Technological University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
He and his wife, Amy, grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and have three married daughters and six grandchildren. Like many Northwoods residents, Dan enjoys outdoor activities, but most of all, he values spending time with his family.
