Dr. Bobbi Fields

Dr. Bobbi Fields has over 20 years of leadership and teaching experience within the Wisconsin Technical College System. She has served as a faculty member, Associate Dean, Dean, and now as Vice President of Academic Affairs at Nicolet College. In addition, she contributes nationally as a Director of the Medical Assisting Education Review Board, a committee dedicated to advancing allied health education accreditation.
As an alumna of the technical college system she now serves, Dr. Fields is deeply committed to fostering community engagement and lifelong learning. She earned her Doctor of Education with high honors from the American College of Education, specializing in Educational and Community Organizations. Additionally, she holds advanced degrees in public administration, healthcare administration, and management.
