Engaging with the Oneida County Childcare Coalition—an alliance of local employers, providers, parents, nonprofits, and government representatives—to align advocacy efforts, share data, and raise awareness of the childcare landscape, help bridge the gap of resources. The organization partners with regional workforce groups to develop strategic planning and networking events, helping providers connect with leaders across government, business, and nonprofits
