A seasoned Certified Public Accountant and a bedrock of community spirit, Pete embodies the values that drive the Oneida County Economic Development Corporation. His background in accounting isn't just about numbers; it's a testament to a career dedicated to growth, planning, and strategic foresight.
Serving the Community
Pete's heart beats for the community. His involvement spans beyond ledger lines as he actively takes part in Kiwanis and Rotary. Imagine him rushing to answer a fire call or orchestrating support at the Volunteer Center. He's also leveraged his financial acumen to bolster local libraries, ensuring they not only grow but thrive for generations.

Dedication to the OCEDC
An original OCEDC Board member since 1988, Mr. Otis's dedication is unwavering. He's been the treasurer, a trustworthy steward of the corporation’s vision, ensuring the economic blueprint of Oneida County not only meets the current needs but also paves the way for a prosperous future.
